A custom HTML, CSS and JavaScript site for a Gomti Nagar pharmacy, built around WhatsApp-first ordering instead of a traditional online store.
Pawan Medicals wanted an online presence without the overhead of a full e-commerce pharmacy platform — most of its customers already order informally by messaging the shop directly, and a heavyweight cart-and-checkout system would have worked against that habit rather than with it.
The site still needed to look like a trustworthy medical store, not just a contact page, and make its product range and location easy to find for anyone searching for a pharmacy in Gomti Nagar.
Purnavix built Pawan Medicals as a lightweight, custom HTML, CSS, Tailwind and JavaScript site with WhatsApp ordering built into every product category and call to action, keeping the buying flow as close as possible to how customers already order.
The homepage presents the pharmacy's four product categories, trust signals and store photography clearly, with a bilingual Hindi-English tone that matches how the pharmacy actually talks to its customers.
