A high-volume Hindi-language news platform built on a custom WordPress foundation, organizing breaking national, state and entertainment coverage into a fast, easily updatable publishing system.
Prime TV India publishes breaking news across national politics, state coverage, sports, entertainment and business, alongside a live TV stream — categories that update throughout the day and need to reach readers across Uttar Pradesh, Maharashtra, Karnataka and beyond. The platform needed a homepage dense enough to surface dozens of concurrent stories without becoming unreadable, a category structure editors could navigate quickly, and a layout that held up on the mobile devices most of its Hindi-language readership uses to follow the news.
Purnavix built Prime TV India on a custom WordPress foundation, structured around dedicated category templates for national/state news, politics, crime, sports, entertainment, business, technology, lifestyle and education. The homepage is organized into clearly separated modules — a lead-story block, a trending web-stories carousel, live TV access, and per-category rails — so editors can keep multiple concurrent stories visible without the page losing structure. The layout is fully responsive, keeping the same category hierarchy and readability on mobile as on desktop, and integrates social sharing and app-download promotion consistent with the rest of the Prime TV brand.
