Finding out what's actually true, before designing around it
UX research is the work of finding out what's actually true about how users think, behave, and struggle with a product — through interviews, usability testing, surveys, and analysis of how people use an existing product — instead of relying on internal assumptions about what users want. It's most valuable early, before design decisions get locked in, but it's equally useful for diagnosing why an existing product isn't performing.
We design and run research studies suited to the actual question being asked, whether that's validating a new product direction, understanding why users abandon a specific flow, or testing whether a design concept makes sense to people encountering it for the first time. Findings are delivered as clear, usable input for design and product decisions, not just a research report that sits unread.
User Interviews
Structured conversations with real or target users to understand their actual needs and behavior.
Usability Testing
Watching real users attempt tasks on a product or prototype to find where they struggle.
Discovery Research
Early-stage research to validate or challenge assumptions before a product direction is committed to.
Research Synthesis
Turning raw research data into clear findings that design and product teams can actually act on.
Behavioral Analysis
Reviewing how users actually use an existing product to find patterns, friction, and drop-off.
Decisions grounded in real behavior
Fewer assumption-driven decisions
Design and product choices are grounded in what users actually do, not internal opinion.
Problems caught before they're built
Research-stage findings are far cheaper to act on than problems discovered after launch.
Clearer product direction
Research narrows a wide range of possible features down to what users are actually asking for.
Design decisions your team can defend
Findings give design and product teams a real basis for the choices they make, beyond taste.
